Retrieve Order Information In HECT

Retrieve Order Information In HECT

  1. Click into "Orders"

  1. Expand the filters and set the date range if required (to ensure historic orders are captured in the search window).

  1. Hit search and orders matching or including your search term will appear.

  1. Click into the order to view the order information, and into Despatch Details if despatched, to retrieve tracking updates and information.

If the order you are looking for does not pop up, please ensure there are no pre-existing filters in place, the date range will capture the date of the order's creation, and that search terms do not have typos or spacing issues. If you are still unable to locate your order, please raise a ticket with as much information on the order as possible [Channel, Postcode, Name, Channel Order ID etc].
