Fetching New Orders in HECT Using Order Polling

When connecting to a sales channel for the first time, or if a sales channel connection becomes disconnected, it is sometimes necessary to poll for orders.

This process will guide you through fetching orders going back to a specific point in time.
  1. Go to "Settings"

  1. Go to "Sales Channels"

  1. Select the number next to the relevant Sales Channel

  1. Click on the "Edit" button next to the relevant account

  1. Go to  "Credentials"

  1. Select the "Order Polling" checkbox

  1. Select the date and time you would like to poll orders from.

  1. Click "Save Changes"

The system will now poll the sales channel for orders going back to the date specified. Please note this can take up to 10 minutes.
