Refresh an expired Amazon token in HECT

  1. Navigate to https://hect.hubeurope.com/

  1. Click into 'Settings'

  1. Click into 'Sales Channels'

  1. Click into Amazon by pressing the highlighted button to view existing channels.

  1. Navigate to the channel with the expired token, right click on the yellow 'connect channel' button and open the window in a Private/Incognito tab.

It is strongly advised to perform reconnection using an incognito/private tab to ensure logins are not cached, preventing a full authorisation of a token refresh, and other Amazon logins are not cached, causing the incorrect channel to be linked.

  1. Sign into your Amazon account, and authorise the connection as per your first time setup. Once the success image shows, you can close the window.

Please remember to perform an order poll if you have missing orders in HECT due to token expiry, as they may not filter in automatically.
