Refresh an expired eBay token

  1. Click into 'Settings'

  1. Click into 'Sales Channels'

  1. Click into eBay by pressing the highlighted button to view existing channels.

It is strongly advised to perform reconnection using an incognito/private tab to ensure logins are not cached, preventing a full authorisation of a token refresh, and other eBay logins are not cached, causing the incorrect channel to be linked.

  1. Sign into your eBay account, and authorise the connection as per your first time setup. Once the success image shows, you can close the window.

Please remember to perform an order poll if you have missing orders in HECT due to token expiry, as they may not filter in automatically.
