Integrate HECT with Amazon (Amazon Setup Guide)

IF YOU ARE CONNECTING MULTIPLE AMAZON PLATFORMS, PLEASE ENSURE ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETED USING ONLY INCOGNITO/PRIVATE WINDOWS/BROWSERS, TO AVOID LOGINS BEING CACHED AND DUPLICATE CREATIONS OF THE SAME AMAZON CHANNEL.

  1. Navigate to https://hect.hubeurope.com/login.php and log in.

  1. Click here.

  1. Click "Sales Channels"

  1. Find Amazon in the integration list,  and hit "Install Channel"

  1. Name your Amazon channel something identifiable to you, it does not have to match the name of the Amazon store itself.

  1. The Marketplace ID refers to the location of the store (usually United Kingdom) - please only update if you are selling from a location outside of the UK.

  1. If you are already utilising this method, please tick "Use Asin As SKU:" If you do not already use this, please leave this unticked.

  1. Tick "Use Multiple Fulfilment Tracking Number:" - this refers to multi parcel shipments, so if you are sending multiple parcels to fulfil one order, it will send back all related tracking to Amazon.

  1. If you would like to only pull in orders from the last 24 hours, please leave 'Auto Hold Orders' ticked. If you have orders to fulfil that are older than 24 hours, please untick this box.

  1. If you do not wish to send tracking information back to Amazon, please tick 'disable fulfilment'.

  1. If you would like the system to pull back for more historic orders, please use the Order Polling feature to tell the system the date and time of your oldest order to be pulled in, and HECT will do a one off search for all orders within the time period you dictate. Subsequently, a search for new orders is conducted every 5 minutes.

  1. Click "Submit" and the eBay login page will launch.

  1. Log into your Amazon account.

  1. Please authorise our access to retrieve your orders, and send fulfilment information to the channel.

  1. When you see this screen, you can be assured the connection has now taken place, and an order poll is in progress. Orders should be visible in HECT within 30 minutes.
