How To Import Contacts to HECT

  2. Go to "Contacts"


  1. Click "Contacts Import/Export"


  1. Firstly you need to download the current contacts/file format.


  1. Edit the file and save as .csv ready for re-upload.


  1. Click "Select file" and upload your newly created .csv file


  1. Click "Upload & Process File"


  1. Map each column with the relevant field in the database
    If you have used the exported file template and left the headers unchanged, this mapping should be pre-populated.

  1. Click "Submit Mapped Data"


  1. The system will confirm the upload has been processed.
