How to Request a Collection with DPD


  1. Click here.


  1. Click "Collections"


  1. Enter your Collection address.


  1. Select your chosen collection date and opening times.


  1. (Optional) Add in notification phone number and email.


  1. Ensure a collection name and telephone number is provided in case driver contact is required.


  1. Click the "The parcels to collect will need to be labelled by the collecting driver" field.


  1. Click "Add Shipment"


  1. Enter the delivery address for the parcels.


  1. Specify the number of packages and total weight.


  1. Enter the applicable contact details for delivery to aid the driver.


  1. (Optional) add in a notification phone number and email.


  1. Add any information required for delivery.


  1. Click "Add"


  1. Click 'Create' to confirm the collection.
